View and Export Expensify Card Expenses

You can view, filter, and export Expensify Card transactions from the Search page in New Expensify. Use card and date filters to narrow results, then export a selection for your records or accounting workflows.

Who Can View and Export Expensify Card Expenses

Any Workspace Admin with Expensify Card access can view and export card transactions from the Search page.


How to View Expensify Card Expenses by Card Feed

  1. Click Search in the left-hand navigation (on web) or the bottom bar (on mobile).
  2. Select Expenses under the Explore section in the left-hand menu.
  3. Click Filters.
  4. Select Card.
  5. Choose a filter option:
    • Select a feed under Card feeds to view expenses from all cards in that feed.
    • Select a specific card under Individual cards to view expenses from one card.

How to Export Expensify Card Expenses

  1. Click Search in the left-hand navigation (on web) or the bottom bar (on mobile).
  2. Select Expenses under the Explore section in the left-hand menu.
  3. Click Filters.
  4. Select Card and choose the applicable card feed.
  5. Select Posted and set the date range for the period you want to export.
  6. Select the checkbox next to each expense you want to export. You can also select the checkbox at the top of the list to select all visible results.
  7. Click Export in the actions bar that appears above the results.
  8. Select Basic export to download the results as a CSV file.

FAQ

Why Don’t I See the Export Option?

The Export option only appears after you select one or more expenses using the checkboxes. Select at least one expense to reveal the actions bar with export options.

Can I Export Expensify Card Expenses for a Custom Date Range?

Yes. Use the Posted filter to set a custom date range before selecting and exporting expenses.

Where Do I Find the Card Filter on the Search Page?

On the Search page, click Filters, then select Card. You can choose a specific card feed or an individual card to narrow your results.
